This is a collaborative alchemical session where we have a conversation about what's up for you and see what surfaces.
I've found that magic can happen when we're willing to be fully present with what arises, with the intention to transmute it into something a little more workable.
It's not unusual for people to experience significant shifts during the session and continuing for several days.
There may be yawning or other types of somatic release as a result of shifts occurring at the energetic level.
